The Software is an emergency information aggregation and display tool designed to help you quickly access emergency notices, announcements, rights guidance, and public service information published through official public institution websites, media, and other public channels.
1.1 By clicking the "Agree" button when downloading, installing, or first launching the Software, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
1.2 If you are under 18 years of age, please read this agreement with your legal guardian. The guardian shall guide the minor to use the Software reasonably and safely.
2.1 Information Aggregation: The Software aggregates and displays emergency announcements, alerts, policy information, rights guidance, and public service data from official public institution websites, media, and other public sources.
2.2 Quick Access Features: The Software only provides convenience for dialing official public phone numbers through redirection and does not transmit or process any alarm information.

3.1 You must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
3.2 You are strictly prohibited from publishing content that endangers national security, spreads rumors, or engages in defamation or other illegal activities.
3.3 You are prohibited from making false alarms, harassing emergency services, or reverse engineering, tampering with, or modifying the Software. You shall bear all legal consequences arising from any violation of these terms.
4.1 Personal information protection is detailed in the Wanshian Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this agreement.
4.2 We strictly adhere to the principle of minimal necessity. We will only request location and dialing permissions after obtaining your authorization. All data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to the cloud.
4.3 When you are redirected to third-party websites, you are subject to their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.
5.1 The Software's code, icons, and interface design are the property of the developer.
5.2 The copyright of public announcements and other third-party content belongs to the original publishers. We only display publicly available information.
5.3 Without written permission, you are prohibited from reverse engineering, cracking, or redistributing the Software.
6.1 The Software is an information tool only and is not an official emergency response platform.
6.2 We cannot guarantee that third-party information is absolutely real-time or accurate. We are not responsible for any losses caused by information delays.
6.3 In case of emergency, please call official emergency numbers immediately. Do not rely solely on this tool. We are not responsible for any delayed assistance.
6.4 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, device issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to adjust features. If you violate any terms of this agreement, we may terminate the service unilaterally. If you do not agree with this agreement, you should stop using the Software and uninstall it.
Updates to this agreement will be announced within the Software. Continued use of the Software constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
By continuing to use the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and voluntarily agree to all of the above terms.
